How we started.
Mark Wyer founded Elm in May 2024 after more than 25 years across urban development, business strategy and multidisciplinary project delivery. He saw a pattern: clients wanted clearer delivery, and experienced professionals wanted a way of working that valued their judgement rather than burying it in process.
Elm was created to bridge that gap: a platform where senior professionals could do their best work, and where clients work directly with the people who make progress happen, without the constraints of a traditional consultancy model.
